The mid-week charge (Mon-Thur) for up to two people including full B&B is £100 per night. Weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun) and Bank Holidays is £110 per night. Bank Holiday weekends (4 nights) are discounted to £400. Longer stays – please ask.

Enquiries seem to come in waves and the status quo of availability can change very quickly. Once a date has been requested the guest room will be reserved for an agreed time, pending the payment of the appropriate deposit that may be made by BACS or cheque. Once received the booking will be acknowledged and confirmed.


in the event of guests having to cancel their booking Amanda will make every effort to re-let. If she is successful the deposit less a 10% handling charge will be refunded. If she is unable to re-let the deposit will be non-refundable.

The Final Balance

The final balance is payable on the morning of departure and includes the pre-agreed charge for any meals additional to breakfast and other sundries.

Final bill settled on departure in cash as we don’t take credit cards.


Children are very welcome and a bed/beds can be put in the room at a small extra charge. Also a travel cot is available.


Dogs are welcome to be with you at Ashley Barn, but we ask that they sleep in your car. And at all times are kept under your control. There are ducks and chickens here with sheep in neighbouring fields. Any damage caused would be charged at cost and dogs must be pre-booked.


Guests are asked to read The Folder that contains instructions in case of Fire, Accident or Illness, as soon as is practicable after their arrival. This is for guests’ own safety and convenience.


Guests are asked not to smoke inside any of the buildings. Those who need a nicotine fix are asked to smoke outside and to dispose of the butts safely. Garden ashtrays are provided if needed.

Wifi and Internet

Please be aware that not all mobile networks receive good reception and wifi connection. Depending on where you are within the property broadband links can be intermittent.
